Quick Tantrum Fixes?

My daughters are learning the art of the tantrum. Bronwyn Hope is especially talented. This kid will just lay down on the floor and whine if she doesn't get her way.

How do you cure it?

Well, first, I ignore it (especially if it's over a mommy said no item.  I hope this will just extinct the behavior).

And when it's time to move on... I've got a new strategy.

Give her Cottage Cheese Container 'Shoes'. She couldn't wipe the amusement off her face :-p
